Hi! I'm Cory and I moved to Utah in 2020. Right away I fell in love with the friendly people, the beautiful landscapes, and the good vibes. When I first got here I started renovating homes until I was able to purchase my first property. Since then I have purchased over 10 units and am looking to buy more! I don't wholesale or fix and flip. I buy these homes for myself and spend time putting in a little TLC to bring them back to life.
